Delivery
We endeavor to keep as many types of Planmeca Planmill blocks in our UK inventory available for immediate dispatch and are constantly reviewing our held stock but due to the number of items available and the different size/material/brand/shade combinations, we may not always have your entire order immediately available in stock. 

Items that we do have available in UK stock will be shipped the next working day after the order was placed. 

In the case that we don't have your full order in stock, to avoid causing our customers additional delays, we will ship the items we do have in stock and then back order the missing items from our head office in Finland. Due to international shipping a, delivery times for back ordered items will be longer and may be closer to 14 days.

If your order is time sensitive and back ordered products will not be suitable for any reason then please include a note when checking out or email us at ordersuk@planmeca.com and include your order number and the specific item(s) details. In this case we will cancel the individual items we cannot fulfill immediately and issue a refund to the payment card. 

Our primary delivery partner for small items such as blocks is Royal Mail. If you prefer UPS/DHL delivery, please select this option at the check out. Coolant cannot be shipped by Royal Mail so will only be shipped by UPS/DHL.  

Returns
If you need to return an item, please contact our office on ordersuk@planmeca.com or 0800 5200 330 to confirm arrangements. Please ensure we receive the goods back within 7 days from the date the return is authorised. 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods. Due to the nature of the items we sell, only unopened items where the seal has not been tampered with are eligible for return.  

In the unlikely event that you discover a fault with any item after opening please contact us immediately and provide full details of the fault. We may request photos and ask for the items to be returned to us for inspection and testing and a replacement will be sent as soon as possible. Please refer to the delivery information above for delivery times for replacements 

Items returned within the time frame indicated previously will be refunded in full back to the payment method used when placing the web order. Delivery charges will not be refunded. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We always recommend using a tracked service.
